1 Shepherdess Walk

1 Shepherdess Walk is an office building located in the Hackney area of London, UK. The building underwent a refurbishment in recent years to update and modernize its facilities.

As a result of the refurbishment, the building now offers modern, high-quality office space for businesses and professionals. The office space is flexible and can be customized to suit the needs of different businesses, with options for both open-plan and private office spaces.

There’s been multiple works carried out within this project as it did undertake a total facade makeover. The main works are installation of SFS and cement board, new window frames with astragal bars feature, new zinc panel cladding, coppings, aged steel main entrance cladding etc.
